About the role at ASML
At ASML they see a lot of opportunities to speed up software development. To do this, they build innovative state-of-the-art solutions that support software developers with the right tools for the job.
You will join the Cloud Center of Excellence. This team's objective is to support the DevOps team in designing and deploying solutions on the Azure platform, and they need you to bring it to the next level and bring their Software applications to life.
As a Junior Software engineer you will:
✅ Build, deploy and maintain software in an Azure cloud environment;
✅ Work with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker;
✅ Build software in languages like Golang and Python;
✅ Work on CI/CD pipelines to automate large parts of the software development and delivery process;
✅ Innovate locally and in collaboration with the Cloud Center of Excellence and push your best ideas to a large audience of engineers;
✅ Challenge the organization to maintain a healthy balance between state-of-the-art technology, security, performance, and stability
This is you
From a personal perspective, you are customer focused and have a strong can-do mentality. You focus on results, have a desire to complete challenging tasks, and learn while doing.
Next to this, you have:
✔️ A Bachelor/Master's level education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field
✔️ 0-2 years of experience in the field of IT (could be an internship as well)
✔️ Proficiency in either Python, Golang, Scala, Java, or C++
